We are hiring for sales professionals at our location on S.Willow Street in Manchester!

Our Sales associates are paid an hourly base rate, plus commission and many opportunities for bonuses are available. You'll also enjoy excellent benefits including available health, dental, vision, paid vacation and a generous IRA match.

An interest in design is helpful but not required, we have interior designers on staff to help you with big projects. Our sales associates bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales related experience. Working well as a team is important to succeed here and we are interviewing new members of our team today!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives Sales
• Contribute to store goals by selling complete room solutions.
• Promote the In Home Design program.
• Maximize store promotions, Marketing initiatives, and Community outreach programs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of features and benefits of existing and new product lines.
• Meet established goals as set by management
• Accurately complete order information, collect deposits and fees, keep orderly customer records, and research customer payments and deliveries
• Ensure that each customer has an informative and positive experience by using good customer service skills and knowledge of products.
• Make sound business decisions to deliver customer satisfaction and promote a team environment
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all store associates

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
• Ability to effectively manage time and conflicting priorities
• Ability to work effectively and productively with others as a team
• Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives
• Strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
